Last weekend we went to the "Journey" concert, with Chads family... We had a blast!! It was the hubs parents 30th wedding anniversay, and this is what they wanted to do... I have to say they were good, but i don't think they put on that great of a concert... oh well we all got to be together so it was fun!! We weren't very close so all my picts just looked like blobs of color, but this one turned out ok!!!

Don't have a picture for this one, but up until about a year ago i couldn't stand Diet Coke, i was Dr. Pepper girl.... But low and behold, i now LOVE diet coke... I know weird, huh??

I wanted to share a sweet little tid bit from today...... So Cade and i were getting ready to head to the pool with some friends when he looked over at me and realized i had a bruise on the back of my leg..."mommy, u have a booboo?? Oh i guess i do baby, its ok its just a little one. "Let me pray for it mommy??..? as he came over and layed his precious little hand on my bruise, he says"Thank u Jesus for healing mommies leg....pauseeeeee Amen. "There mommy its all healed. ( Gulp, sighhhh, thank u baby yr right its all better, and yr an angel) Life just doesn't get any better does it?? Nope, i'm so proud everyday of this little Godly man we're raising.

Ok girls, the hubs and i are headed to his brothers wedding in Waco tommorow morning, i know ure probably saying the same thing i said Waco?? But its a ranch there and it's beuautiful actually, and we will all be staying Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and coming hm Sunday... I know we'll have alot of fun, but Cade will be staying with Nana, (my mom) and ive never been away from him more than one night at a time...So my heart is going, pitter-patter, pitter-patter, i know u can all relate, so say a prayer for me would ya?? We've got lots of family in town, so were off to a barbecue, ill have pictures next week..

P.S. were wearing cowboy boots with our dresses, im so excitted, itll be fun, i dont get to bust these out very often, so yeeeh hawww!!!

So Saturday night was Alicia's bachelorette party, (didn't get a pict. with her),we went to Joe T's, and of course had a blast!!! The hubs was sweet enough to keep Cade so i could have some girl time, it was much needed....

Sunday we went to church, and then to moms for lunch, the ususal, but since it starting raining cats and dogs, the boys begged to go play in it.... So of course uncle Tory was like SURE U CAN... thank uuuuu uncle tory, but they had so much fun!!!

This evening we went up to hang out at Gama and Gampa's, and Gampa had bought Cade a new baseball glove and ball, wow was he excitted!!!! He learned how to hold his glove up to catch it, and STEP and then THROW, he did really well, and the boys got an arm...

Since Miss Kenlee has been here, ive tried to go get Kai as much as i can to be of any help, i know i would appreciate it if i had 2 children... So wednsday Cade and i picked him up around 10am, went to the park for some fun in the sun, and let me tell u they wore me out, i think i pushed them in the swings for 30 min., then it was off to the slides, and over the bridges and under the bridges.... Well after 2 hrs i was pooped, so it was time for lunch, so off course when i asked the what they wanted, they both responded.... MCDONALDS!!!!! So got some chicky nuggets and french fries, and headed to Nana's to eat outside.... After lunch we drew pictures on the sidewalk with some chalk (which was short lived), they want to be in the dirt,or pushin their dump trucks... go figure??... And by 3, which was way past nap time, we cleaned up, had a popsicle and called it a day.. But all in all i had a good time hangin with my boys:)

May 16th Miss Kenlee finally entered this world, around 6 in the morning.. Ok i have to give major credit to my sister in law Amanda, she gave birth naturally, no totally naturally, (v-back), Kai was a c-section, and delivered Kenlee in 2 hrs!!! Yes i said 2 hours with no medicine, now thats amazing, i cant beleive i dont have a ny pictures with her yet, but momma is still adjusting, so i've actually benn hangin out with Mr. Kai more, tryin to give momma a break.. Soon i WILL have more picts of her, shes beautiful!!!!!!

Sunday Chad and i took Cade up to the hospital for the first time to see Gampa, and we talked about how Gampa had a big bandaid on his nose, but that it was just a boo boo and the doctors fixed it.... But when he saw him he still wasn't sure , it took about an hour and then he wanted to give him a hug and a kiss.... he really loves his Gampa!!!! So soon enough he wanted a Kiss from Gampa

We put Cades jammies on, and we turned around to find "someone" cozyed up on Gampa's bed, eatin some snacks....

Today is Saturday(2nd after surgery)and Daryl is doing so well, he can sit up, watch tv, and isnt even bruised from surgery. They told us that he could look like a Mac truck hit him, but nope, he looks just as good as when he went into surgery!!! So after work Chad and i headed up to the hospital to see him and we decided he need a sponge bath, so we got him all cleaned up and clean shaven, hes good as new now. Lastnight i couldn't thank God enough for His love and grace, everybody at the hospital has taken care of him so nicely. But we know that the only reason for all of the surgery going the way it did was clearly the GRACE OF GOD..

UPDATE ON MY FATHER IN LAW

Praise the Lord, is all i have to say.....Our prayers, and yours work in miraculous ways!!! Daryl has had his surgery and in recovery now and doing very well. The surgeon said all went well and they were able to remove all the tumor. ALL THE TUMOR.. YEAHHHHH!! I wont lie i was a little emotional this morning but God was definitley with those surgeons, they were awesome... so ill keep yall posted.. im going to see him now.

Lastnight i started the "imfamous" diaper cake.... My bestfriend Kimberly's sister in law is having a sweet little boy, and i told her i would take on the task. I have made a few now and the first time i made one i thought this is so hard, and maticulous, im never doing it again... But low and behold i did again and again, and now i love making them. But once i get started i can't stop, i started around 8 lastnight, and in between feeding my child dinner, bathing him, and putting him to bed i finally finished at midnight, not bad.. This evening we headed up to Gama and Gampa's, to visit with Aunt Donna and Great great Gampa who are in visiting, to be here for Daryl's surgery on Friday. Cade found Gama's new neon yellow Nike Shocks, and had to wear them... He will walk around for hours in any new shoe, no matter the size. It's so cute, at least i think it is, but daddy isn't so fond of it because he knows the LOVE i have for shoes.. oopps( and yes his shirt says"I GET MY MUSCLES FROM MY DAD.")

Ok so my father in law has found out that he has a small tumor on his brain, they don't know much yet until they get in there and actually see it. He is a very healthy, fit 51 yr old, and the doctor doesn't think its anything serious, but that they need to remove it off the brain, i don't know to many details, but the surgery is Friday, and it's a 4 to 8 hour surgery, i will be going with my hubby's family to be there with them. Chad and i know that "God has already healed his dad, and that the tumor is gone in Jesus name", so im asking if ya'll would stand in prayer with me for him(Daryl), that Gods hands are with those surgeons every step of the way, and that this so called tumor is NOT cancerous, nor anything that will hinder his life.

Thank u for standing with me, ill keep u updated...

Ok so this is a bad and sideways picture of my mothers day present, but ill explain, the long charm has Cade engraved on it, on one side is his birthstone charm(march), and on the other is a solid heart, the charms laying on each side, dont fit, i have to get bigger rings put on them, but one is a heart with a dark center and a bronze bal in it( cute), and the other says LOVE and is hollow. Chad can't stand to get ne stuff i won't like or that i have to return, so on another blog i found this website Hearts on your Wrist, i think is the name of it..... cute gift stuff, sooo needless to say i ordered my gif, but i love love love it!!!! And i can put it on any chain, so i only ordered charms, cause they weren't exactly cheap, and fyi they're alot smaller in person, than on the site.

I had to work on Saturday, and "little man" was with daddy cause he got off work(nice), so they ran errands for mommy, cleaned, did laundry, and had these roses for me when i got home... Made me smile, i had kinda a rough week, lets just say the devil was tryin to get his foot in but don't worry he didn't succeed. Then this morning these 2 cards were on the bar, very sweet, Chad always picks the perfect one, the one from Cade was so great, lets just say Chad only changes poopy ones when he has to, like when im not around, he actually almost gags, PLEASE.. anyway, it was thanking me for always lovin him enough for doin that.

We spent mothers day Sat. night with the in-laws, they had a barbecue, so all in all we had a great weekend, i hope someone took the time to bless u on this mothers day!!!

My sweet angel, was perfect in my belly, and perfect when he got here, sooo small 5 lbs. 13oz.

Minutes after i delivered him, its crazy how they come out secreaming, and the minute they put him in my arms he stopped, he knew it was his mamma...

Due any day, i didn't do belly picts.(wish i would have), so Chad snapped a few in Cades nursery, just days before my due date, as u can see...

Cade had just started walking(11months), and had already found his most favorite toys ever at that age, tupperware!!!!

Still my favorite place in the whole world for him to be, in my arms, he was actually sick in this picture, but lots of lovin' is what he needed:(

OOOHHHH, don't u just want to kiss that face, got his daddy's big brown eyes, love them!! Oh and i love beanies, so he pretty much sported them all winter.....

Hope ya'll enjoyed just a few pictures of my little angel entering this world, and growing up way to fast. He's 2 now and such a mama's boy, won't lie i LOVE it pretty much all the time!!! And the blessing it is to be a mother, words can not describe. Children are life changing, but in the most perfect way ever!!! I pray all the mothers out there, mothers to be, or those believeing for babies, have a wonderfully, blessed MOTHERS DAY!!!!!!!!

We went to southlake town center and ate at "Five Guys burgers and fries". Oooo ggeeezzze the best burgers ever and i dont even really like burgers... my boys! Then of course i had to make my way to " Francescas" boutique, love it!!! So Chad took Cade over to the fountain, always a hit.

This was Chad and i at the Rangers game with a bunch of friends, but i couldn't really see what was going on bc come to find out after 3 visits to the ER i had a piece of dirt that had dug into my cornea, NICE HUHH.. but it better thank u Jesus..My bestest friend and half of my head

Cade doin what he does best drink his "chocy milk", and sportin his new Nerf sandles, mom kinda has a matching obsession with everything matching, i mean everything..

Daddy and Cade workin hard in Nana's backyard, Chad had to level out a mound of dirt, and Cade sat on it with him for the time it took me to go get my hair done and have lunch, yeeeahhh

Mom, seriously we're workin get the camera out of my face.....

So all in all our vacation was wonderful, but never long enough. Cade is not happy we had to get back to work, but having a 2 yr old is so much fun, and i couldn't ask for more, i had to have a little surgery while i was off and he did it all , gosh i love this man, i hope u have a wonderful husband u can brag about to!!!!!

Don't know if any of u have heard of this extreme workout, but i started it about a week ago, OMG!!

these videos are amazing, its a 90 day workout system and im determined to follow it to the end, i have to be toned before this summer.. And my husband just got on board the other night, its fun to do together. So as soon as we put Cade to bed at night we start it up, its about 1 hour 15 min. So NO EXCUSUES, HUH?

Yesterday we took a trip to Cabela's, both of my boys favorite place in the whole world. Cade likes to wear croc's in the summer so we needed a new pair, and daddy needed a Cabela's fix. Cade could probably live inside the store, the kid just loves animals, the whole time all i heard was oh a deer, mommy look theres a bear, wowwwww mommy look its a aligator....Daddy look , look , its a fish... he's so smart, yepp thats my boy!!!

For Cade's b-day we decided to do a 'BUG OUT" party since the child lovesssssss bugs. So the cupcakes had crushed orioes, and a worms on the top, as u can see they were a hit!!! The reason why i haven't blogged in a while, i've been busy, busy, busy.... I posted about throwing my sister in law a baby shower and now that it has come and gone i will share with u the pictures and projects!!!! All in all it was a great shower, ive given 4 other baby showers but for all boys, it was so fun to do PINK!!!!!!

I can not believe yr going to be 2 next Saturday, it doesn't seem possible. I'm so proud of all u can do.

*count to 12 really good, and to 20 some days

*know all your animals and the sounds they make.. even dragon flies

*yr potty training and doing soooo well

*u say please and thank u

*u can ride yr tri-cycle by yourself

*u can tell me almost everything thats going on in all yr books

*say yr prayers before all meals, and bedtime ( so precious)

*u have conversations with us all day, make sentences, and say at least 400 words or more, (whats that?) is yr favorite

I could go on and on, you are the sparkle in our eyes , and the light in our hearts, u are so wonderfully made. U make us proud every single day in all u can do.. mommy and daddy love u more than words can say, Thank u Jesus for blessing us with this beautiful life, that continues to teach how to love more each day! We love u Cade!

Sunday was really nice, so when Cade woke up from a nap he immediately heard the lawn mower and outside we went. Daddy i'll help he kept saying, so off he went, right behind daddy, making sure to get anything he left behind. These moments are so sweet i just sat there and not able to keep a smile off my face, yep thats my BABY boy mowin the grass with his daddy..:)

First we took a ride on the carosel in the food court, i always dread this, i hate going in circles, but Cade loves it of course..

(notice the look on his face, there was a big allegater to his right in water, so he wanted to make sure he kept his eye on him, i kept telling him its ok, it's JUST PRETEND, so he kept telling me its ok mommy it's JUST PRETEND... so sweet
P.S.S Do u see the book in his hand, we made atrip to the mall bc he loves this book and when he was little he tore the pages out of the other one, but the child reads it everyday, if u don't have it i would recommend getting it, its a cute book, its called I'LL LOVE U FOREVER..

This weekend while we were up at my in laws for mine and my brotherin laws bday celebration the boys got some 4 wheeler time, and Cade loved it... completely fearless.. um im not sure if i should be happy or sad that hes hangin with boys?... We had alot of fun and i have to admit i kinda liked riding too.

Today is my birthday, the big 26!!! Yeah i know not a big milestone, but it was a good one. I have to admit thought i did enjoy being 25 and could have stayed 25 at least one more year. Anyway starting Sun. we went over to my in laws and had dinner with a bunch of friends, and did small gifts( i got this big candle that say's "Bless this Home" in old wire pressed into it, soooo cute. Then Mon. night my oldest brother had my side of the family over for brauts( my request) and grilled chicken, potatoes, green beans, and CUPCAKES!!! I've been running every night for the last week, only a mile a night, but when i got done eating my brother Chad, mind u hes a health guru, says to me "well i guess u blew that run outta the water" thanks bro......... So today when i got up I had two sweet cards from my hubby, and sweet baby, that just brightened my day!! thanks boys...

So off to work i went, when i got to work Haley had a cute balloon on my station and gave me a gift card, and Kimberly made me her special cake..... The best white cake eva, and home made icing!!!!!!!!!!!!! And a gift card I LOVE GIFT CARDS!!! Thanks girls. And every year certain people text me to say happy birthday, but today i had 15, yes 15 text messages saying happy birthday, thanks ya'll!!!

I actually got off a little early considering it was my latenight, so i text my mother in law to let her know i was on my way, and she said, we're not there, just read the note...... Okkkk so when i got hm to this cute note in cades handwritting , note that cade is only almost two, that said mommy, at gamas pickin weeds be home later, happy birthday i love u soooooo much........ ahh make me melt.

So i threw on my running shoes and went for my run, i was able to do some laundry, clean a little, shower, and watch american idol, until my sweet boy arrived with this little fake rose from the gas station(i wouldnt care if it was off the side of the road) and handed it to me saying hApPY BIrfDaY MoMMy, I wUv u. That had to be the best part of my birthday!!!

Okay so for the past week or so Cade has been trying to take his diaper off alot. And at first i kept saying

'Cade do not take your diaper off, its dirty in there", until i realized that he doesn't like the "mess" in there touching him. Praise the Lord, he has been going to the bathroom on the Big Boy Potty off and on for 3-4 months, but not consistant, so were goin for it this time!!! This morning i went to Target and got him a seat to put on the potty bc he kept slipping and im over the training potty. Then it was off to the training pants, as u can see he thinks they're soooo cool!! If any of ya'll have any suggestions on how u did it, please let me know???

Today i had to go to a class for work, so my sister in law so kindly watched my son for a few hours, this is what she emailed me when i got home... She said Cade had to try all of Kai's hats on and this was his favorite!!! I just want to eat him up!!! February has been such a busy, birthday filled month for our family and friends, and March isn't going to slow down much..... But we have had so much fun attending all the parties. Last tuesday was my bestfriend Kimberly's b-day, so on Saturday she decided to have people over at her house to hang out, but it kinda turned into a b-day party. I have to share a funny, but not so funny story that happened yesterday... So i get home from work and the hubs is watching tv on the couch, when i turn the corner to see my flowers sitting on the counter from Cade, and immediately my heart is warmed from the thoughtfulness. So as i approach the flowers i see what looks like something from Tiffany's!!!!!! woah hoooooo. Ok Lyndee act calm, don't throw your hands up and start singing, act normal.... But for some reason when i got closer it started to look familiar, like my bracelet i LOST, yes Lost.. Ok first of all i just want to share that im and very particular and responsible with my belongings, so for me to think i had Lost it, was crazy. Well i gave it about 2 months of searching and searching, and searching. So at that point i knew i had to tell my husband(who got it for me) that i had Lost my beloved tiffany's bracelet:( Well when i told him i actually think i got the silent treatment for over 2 days... enough said.....

But as the months approached Christmas i began to write my Christmas list and at the bottom in the sweetest writing i could, i sweetly scribbled "a new tiffany's bracelet"

And believe it or not he got it for me, i think i actually might have done a little dance when i opened it, ok i didn't i screammed!!!!!!!!!!! Ok mind u its been 1 year that its been gone, well when i saw the old one sitting on the counter i thought i might want to sink into the ground for the time being, but instead i so sweetly said ohhh my gosh honey where in the world did u find this?????????

The response: Are u ready for this??.. Um in a tiffany's box, in the safe.... in the Safe Lyndee of all places... Ok sooooooooo like i was saying about me being responsible, i had put it in the box, in the safe last year before we moved so i wouldn't lose it, What are the odds??? So now i have 2, but they're different so i guess ill just keep both??!!!!
